Yesterday was my first time going to look at rings. I was nervous because I didn’t want to make a mistake on choosing an engagement ring. However Dennis who is an employee at Kay’s in Trumbull Mall was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Without him I’ll still be online searching for the right ring. I had visited in for a gift for my husband for our anniversary , had no clue on what to get him but thanks to the help of Quess I was able to find the perfect piece. This has been the absolute BEST experience of my life!!! Chhaya took GOOD care of me and my son. She was patient, personable and kind. Jessica is Wonderful! She is so helpful, remembers me whenever I come in, is super knowledgeable and always has a smile on her face. She noticed my husbands ring was not sized properly and looked terrible. She sent it out and had it fixed right away. It came back looking beautiful. We have a closer store to our house but Jessica and her crew are worth the extra drive every time!
